Fifteen Minute Card Projects ... Pretties in Less Than /4 of an Hour

Yes, it's simple ... yes, it's clean (read: plain) ... and why, yes, it DOES look rather spartan but it took less than 15 minutes! Whaddya want in 15 minutes?!?

This decidedly spartan 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Valentine's Day card was created with scraps of pomegranate cardstock run through the Cuttlebug in a 2 x 2 embossing folder ... yes, I AM starting to like those little guys, some DMC super-shiny thread, and a sticker/rub-on from MaMBI.

I always anticipate unfortunate errors whilst cardmaking, so I ran a fifth 'love stamp' through the Bug. When the highly anticipated unfortunate cardmaking error did NOT occur, I used the 5th embossed heart on my envie.

Ingredients:
Cardstock: Bazzill Basic Textured Cardstock in Quartz and Pomegranate
Stamps: None
Ink: Ditto
Stickers: Me and My Big Ideas, Love and Romance Sayings
Fiber: Jewel Effects by DMC, #E815
Tools: Cuttlebug Die-Cut machine, Cuttlebug Love Heart 2 x 2 Embossing folder, Cuttlebug Postage Stamp Die
Envie: Papertrey Ink

Thanks for dropping by and best wishes for a happy and healthy 2008!

BTW, if you think THIS card is ugly just wait'll you see the pink and green one!

Wow, this looks so great I can't even give you clever grief, like "You've crossed over . . . to the CuttleBug side . . . "

Oooh, I just saw the "Who links to me?" link. I do, I do!
But I link in Japanese - does that count?

Love,
