Tim's 'Faded Layers' Technique ...

Today's card project was created for Studio L3's Compendium of Curiosities Challenge, using Tim's 'Faded Layers' technique found on page 43 of his amazing "Compendium of Curiosities, Volume II."

Soooooooo, this weekend Sheila dragged me off to the Mall so she could hit the sale at the Clinique counter.  She hit it hard ...

When she got home, she dragged me into a chair next to her while she applied one 'miracle' product after another.  When she was done, she turned to her DH and asked, "So, honestly ... what age would you say I am?"

Carefully, he answered, "Well, judging from your skin, twenty.  Your hair, eighteen.  Your figure, twenty-five."

"Oh, you are so sweet ... I love you!" Sheila gushed.

"Well, wait a minute," he replied, "I'm not done adding it up yet."
