Today's project is an entry for Allison's "Suggestive Sunday" blog challenge. This Sunday, Allison challenged me ... and you too, ya know, to create a card using a stamp that cost a dollar for the focal image. This cute little chickie-poo stamp was purchased for $1.00 at Michael's in West Palm Beach.
I created the card on corduroy textured card stock from Bazzill and stamped my central image on Xerox 110# card stock using Palette Hybrid ink. I used oval Nestabilities to cut out, emboss, and to create a scallop mat for this cute little chick. The entire mat was mounted on the card using dimensionals ... you know, for the shadows; you must do it for the shadows!!
Using Copic markers (Y02, Y38, YR04), I colored in my stamped image, and using my black Copic marker, (100), I colored two clear Dew Drops black.
I rounded all the corners using my corner rounder punch (you guessed that, didn't you?), and adhered a ribbon scrap using double-sided adhesive. I glued down my now black Dew Drops, used a rub-on for my sentiment, and was done in less than 15 Minutes! Now you go ...
Ingredients:
- Textured Card Stock: Bazzill
- White Card Stock: Xerox 110#
- Orange Card Stock: Bazzill
- Stamp: 'Chick' (Alison Wong for studio g)
- Ink: Palette Hybrid 'Noir' (Stewart Superior)
- Color Medium: Copic Markers (100, Y02, Y38, YR04)

Thanks for sharing part of your busy day with me!
