A "Mojo Monday" Blog Contest Card ... and My Personal Challenge to Use 'Old' Stamps

Today's card was created for Poetic Artistry's "Mojo Monday" contest ... and also for my personal challenge to use old stamps in my collection!

This card was created on Bazzill Basic's card stock; I used designer papers from BasicGrey's "LilyKate" collection.

My image was stamped on Xerox 110# card stock then stamped again on scraps of patterned paper. I cut out the image stamped on the DP and paper pieced it over the original stamped impression.

I added some ribbon, rickrack, four brads, and an olive corsage pin ... which, for some reason will NOT photograph correctly. INRL, it's definitely olive green. No, I didn't actually have an olive corsage pin; I simply colored one with a Copic marker (YG95).

The photo corners were created from scraps using a photo corner punch ... however, I used just the top portion of the punch for a different look.

And that's it ... and, I'm happy to say, I used a stamp from my vast collection of "Oldie's but Goodie's!"
