
Today's card project was created for the 7th anniversary of Allison's 29th birthday! Soooo, Allison, this card's for you!!
I created the focal images by loading my stamps with Versamark watermark ink, followed by black Distress ink, then stamping on Xerox 110# card stock. Next, I embossed the images with clear embossing powder.
When cool, I sponged on Water Lily Green and Orangerie hybrid ink, then gently rubbed the inks off the embossed portions. I did the same on a large scrap piece of card stock to create the matching scalloped edge.
I wove gold metallic floss through the holes in the scalloped border and cut a flourish and a matching mat.
Finally, I added some gold Liquid Pearls to the blossoms and attached a gold frame hanger and finis!
